Rules and How To Order
Being a satisfied Designer Windows and Siding Customer can earn you FREE Gifts – Here’s how it works: Once you, being the original point of contact, have referred a household that becomes our customer, you can choose a gift from Tier 1  . Every household you refer (also being the original point of contact) that becomes our customer after your first referral, you will earn a gift from Tier 2 .
Gifts can be redeemed from this reward menu in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
This Rewards contest period is from initiation of this program of January, 2007 to December 31, 2007. Gifts earned are based on your referral purchasing products from Designer Windows and Siding. Designer Windows and Siding may at its discretion deem customers ineligible for participation in the Rewards program.
All accounts must be current before redemption occurs.
Referrals may be redeemed immediately or accumulated for redemption later next year. All gifts must be ordered by December 31, 2007. Referral credits not used by December 31, 2007 are forfeited. Referrals are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Your Designer Windows and Siding 2007 Reward gifts may also be redeemed online at
www.DesignerWindowsandSiding.com. An Online Registration form (PDF version ) must be submitted as noted above prior to redeeming gifts online. Please print out and complete Registration/Gift Order form and mail to the address indicated above.
As you will see the gifts offered are of the highest quality from established name brands and due to product specifications at the time of publication, availabilities and other variables - prizes may be altered with equivalent products at any time. If an item shown is not available at the time your order is submitted, Designer Windows and Siding reserves the right to ship a substitute item of equal or greater value. Referrals have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or credit, and are not transferable. Referrals may be used only to redeem gifts, in this menu. Once ordered, gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.
COPY ERRORS
Occasionally errors occur despite all efforts to proofread for accuracy. Designer Windows and Siding is not responsible for computer, printing, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the reward program and reserves the right to reject a merchandise order due to printing or typographical errors in the menu or Program Rules.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIABILITY FOR ALL GIFTS RECEIVED.
All merchandise is shipped freight prepaid. Gifts that are described as sets or orders combining separate items may be delivered on separate days. Most products are drop-shipped by the manufacturer. Please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery.
Transit damage is very rare, but if it happens, here is what to do:
UPS or Parcel Post delivery - Accept all packages bearing your name. If you discover damage, retain all cartons and packaging material and notify Designer Windows and Siding Rewards Menu Headquarters promptly. Be sure to give the nature of the damage, the company name and the "ship to" name.
Common Carrier delivery - Be sure all cartons received are in GOOD CONDITION. Make a note of any carton shortages or carton damage on both the original and copy of the delivery receipt before you sign your name. If major damage is evident, refuse shipment and contact Designer Windows and Siding Rewards Menu Headquarters promptly. If damage is discovered after delivery, retain all cartons and packaging material, then contact the carrier at once and request an inspection report. After inspection, forward the report and delivery receipt to Designer Windows and Siding Rewards Menu Headquarters. Please be sure to complete, where applicable, all instructions to establish manufacturer's warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability - In no event will Designer Windows and Siding be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of reception of the gift or defective gift. Any taxes incurred from receiving this reward are not the responsibility of Design er Windows and Siding.
