View Safe Tempered Safety Glass

Each window comes standard with 7/8” double strength glass with optional upgrade to View-Safe tempered safety glass. Our View-Safe tempering process individually cures each pane of glass, transforming internal glass properties, making our glass 4 to 5 times stronger than standard glass.

Hollow-Weld Multiple Chambered Insulated Frame

This advanced frame design incorporates the natural insulating characteristics of vinyl with multiple air filled chambers. Each chamber is strategically designed to maximize space, increasing insulation value and adding strength to the overall frame. Foam insulation inserts have been shown to shift or settle, working against what it was intended to do, clogging up the chambers and limiting insulating potential.

TrimLine Wood Windows

• The insulating qualities of wood provide a positive thermal break and can be painted or stained

• All wood parts are produced from the finest quality kiln dried select Western Pine and are treated with a water repellent preservative. Also available in Oak, Cherry and Mahogany.

• Maintenance free aluminum clad exterior is weather resistant. Does not require painting. Available in white, bronze, earthtone and beige. Custom colors are also available.

• Locks and sash lifts are available in optional white, bronze or polished brass or the standard beige finish.

• Fully weather-stripped to insure maximum comfort and low air infiltration - 83% better than maximum allowed.

• Unlike "ordinary" wood windows which employ awkward compression tilt systems, TrimLine's unique recessed tilt latch and tilt/take-out design allows for easy removal for cleaning and finishing while providing aesthetic appeal. Available in beige or white with matching jambliner.

• No-metal Super Spacer® patented silicone foam design dramatically reduces condensation, delivering the clearest picture in warm edge technology. Warm-Edge Super Spacer not only boosts perimeter performance, it can also help enhance overall
u-values by as much as 30%.

• Standard double pane 3/4" insulating glass with Warm-Edge Super Spacer with:
- Low "E" glass
- Low "E" glass and Krypton gas.

• Standard sliding half screen with extruded aluminum frames for longer life include an integral lift rail and positive seal bug flap. Optional full screen for maximum top/bottom ventilation also available.

• Aesthetically appealing removable wooden grilles in 5/8" or 7/8" widths that can be painted or stained or 5/8" maintenance free in-glass aluminum muntins or combination wood and aluminum are also available.

• For achieving that authentic divided lite look, simulated True Divided lites with permanent 7/8" wooden interior grille and permanent exterior muntin are also available.
